Understanding complex governance challenges in the developing world is hard. We thoroughly analyze the issues at stake, identify the key players, map the system, draw learning from best practice and our own experience, so that you are ready to take effective action. We can also help you design and conduct your own political economy analysis and system diagnosis to get a hand on the problems with which you’re contending. ACXED can leverage its extensive networks and years of experience in the field of international development to generate actionable data on the systems in which you operate.
2- Research and support in order to optimize impact
First, we identify the nature of data we need to assess and conduct preliminary studies and diagnosis. We research the appropriate data that is needed regarding a particular project and assess how it can fuel your journey from problems to solutions. ACXED is committed to go the extra mile to research and make data available to you. Then, together, we explore how we might use data to solve the issues and challenges you face. Our team helps you to design and implement effective strategies in each project.
3- Engaging people , organizations, and communities
ACXED and its partners implement a theoretical and empirical approach to change and development grounded on community leadership and policy ownership. We engage thousands of communities and civil society organizations (not-for-profit organizations – NPOs) in the Global South and the Global North to rethink economic growth to build a more participatory, equitable, sustainable, and balanced development through project management expertise.
